Howard "Bud" Evans is a retired U.S. Air Force officer with 35 years of service, a retired police officer with 13 years in law enforcement, former Mayor of Cinnaminson, New Jersey, real estate investor, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized mentor for veterans and first responders entering real estate investing and business ownership. He owns and operates multiple real estate and business ventures, including rental property portfolios and a property management company serving investors throughout Southern New Jersey.

As a mentor and coach with From Military to Millionaire and a collaborator with Kingdom 320, Bud focuses on leadership development, operational systems, accountability, mindset, and helping entrepreneurs use AI and automation to improve efficiency and execution.

Known for his direct, no-fluff teaching style, he specializes in buy-and-hold investing, BRRRR strategy implementation, property management systems, commercial and multifamily analysis, leadership, and operational scaling.

Bud will be speaking on the rapidly growing role of artificial intelligence in real estate investing and how investors can use AI tools today to improve efficiency, streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, analyze deals faster, enhance marketing, and scale their businesses more effectively.

Drawing from his background in military intelligence, law enforcement, entrepreneurship, and active real estate investing, he will break down practical, real-world applications of AI for investors, property managers, and business owners without the technical jargon or hype.

The session will also explore the balance between automation and human decision-making, the risks and limitations of AI in business, and how small investors can stay competitive using modern technology.
