Bio: For over 40 years, I have been helping clients conquer the ever-changing real estate landscape. Having owned my own title agency for nearly 20 years, I understand every moving part of a transaction—especially the complex ones. SJSA has a proven track record with investors who focus on pre-foreclosures, purchasing real estate via sheriff sale, REO's, and wholesale. My personal focus is to educate the investor community so that they don't get stuck with a defective title.
