Bio: For over 40 years, I have been helping clients conquer the ever-changing real estate landscape. She founded South Jersey Settlement Agency (SJSA) and from the beginning my decision was to operate on very basic and simple principles: integrity, deep expertise, and a relentless focus on getting deals to the closing table. Having owned my own title company for nearly 20 years, I understand every moving part of a transaction—especially the complex ones. I also decided to specialize in all the hard stuff, specifically wholesale by helping investors put together the deal so that it doesn’t get bottlenecked in our pipeline. We have a proven track records with investors who focus on investing in pre-foreclosures, purchasing via sheriff sale, as well as REO transactions.

And our focus is to educate the investor community to ensure they do not get stuck with a lemon per say. Because I am also a fellow real estate investor, I am incredibly passionate about connecting peers with the vetted professionals, resources, and strategic opportunities they need to scale and succeed and I love creating a win-win for all.
