DELREIA August 4th Meeting – Jason Williams, Rehabbing & Investing

Jason started his real estate investment journey in 1999. He specializes in short sales and has done a wide array of deals which include lease options, subject to, rentals, property management, creative/owner financing, wholesales, options, land subdivision, house construction, and rehabs. He will be discussing rehabs, the scope of work, determining the renovation costs, as well as taking your questions on all real estate investing questions. After all these years, Jason still loves the thrill of structuring deals and passing his knowledge on to both seasoned and new investors.
